Key Responsibilities Curriculum Planning: Design and implement age-appropriate educational plans following the EYFS framework to support child development. Key Person Duties: Act as the dedicated Key Person for a specific group of children, tracking their milestones and managing their learning journeys. Assessments and Reporting: Complete accurate progress checks, including the 2-year-old developmental review, and write transition reports for school readiness. Parent Partnerships: Lead formal parent consultation meetings and provide expert advice on behavioral or developmental milestones. Team Mentoring: Guide and support Level 2 practitioners, apprentices, and students working within the room. Health and Safety: Maintain impeccable hygiene standards, administer medication in line with policies, and act as a vigilant safeguarding advocate.
