The Role

As a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner, you will:

• Provide outstanding care and education in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
• Plan and deliver engaging activities that support children's learning and development.
• Build positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues.
• Act as a key person, supporting children's individual learning journeys.
• Create a safe, welcoming and stimulating environment where every child can thrive.

What We're Looking For

• Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent).
• A genuine passion for working with young children.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• A caring, positive and professional approach.
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting children's welfare.
