The Role

As a Level 3 Practitioner, you will support the delivery of excellent care and learning opportunities in line with the EYFS framework. You will help create engaging activities, encourage children''s development, and contribute to a positive environment where every child feels supported and valued.

• Deliver creative and age-appropriate activities that support children''s learning and development
• Encourage children''s social, emotional, and physical development

Candidate Requirements

The ideal Level 3 Practitioner will have:

• A recognised Level 3 Childcare qualification or equivalent
• Good knowledge of the EYFS framework and early years best practice
• A caring, enthusiastic, and proactive attitude
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A genuine passion for helping children learn and thrive
