Level 3 Nursery Practitioner

We are recruiting for a passionate and experienced Level 3 Early Years Educator to join a growing nursery group in Wandsworth. You will be:

• Providing high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS

• Planning and delivering engaging, age-appropriate learning experiences

• Creating a safe, stimulating and nurturing environment where children can learn, explore and develop

• Supporting children''s individual learning, development and wellbeing

• Acting as a key person and building positive relationships with children and their families

• Completing observations and assessments to monitor children''s progress and inform future planning

• Encouraging children''s independence, confidence and curiosity through play-based learning

• Maintaining high standards of safeguarding, health and safety and professional practice

• Working collaboratively with colleagues to provide consistently high-quality Early Years provision

• Contributing positively to the day-to-day running and continued development of the nursery

The successful candidate will hold a Level 3 Early Years qualification and have previous experience working within a nursery or Early Years setting. You will have a strong understanding of the EYFS, safeguarding and child development, alongside excellent communication and teamwork skills and a genuine passion for supporting young children.

This is particularly suited to someone who is keen to continue developing professionally, with a clear progression pathway available from Early Years Educator to Senior Educator, Room Leader, Deputy Manager and Nursery Manager.

Salary: From -30,000
Hours: 40 hours per week
Working pattern: Full-time
