A welcoming and established nursery in Reading is looking for a passionate Level 3 Practitioner to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Level 3 Practitioner who is passionate about creating positive experiences for children and supporting their development during the important early years.

As a Level 3 Practitioner, you will:

• Plan and deliver engaging activities linked to the EYFS.
• Support children''s learning, development and wellbeing.
• Create a safe, stimulating and inclusive environment.
• Build strong relationships with children, parents and colleagues.
• Observe and track individual progress.
• Contribute to the smooth running of the nursery.

The ideal Level 3 Practitioner will have:

• A recognised Level 3 Childcare qualification or equivalent.
• A good understanding of the EYFS framework.
• A warm, caring and proactive approach.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• A genuine passion for early years education.
