Level 3 Nursery Practitioner / NPL3COV080925

ACR Recruitment & Training Ltd are seeking a passionate and motivated Early Years Practitioner with a minimum Level 3 qualification in Childcare to work with one of our clients in Coventry. This is a full-time position, working Monday to Friday between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM, with a combination of early and late shifts. The role is all year round, although term-time only may be considered. Hours will include wraparound care. Practitioners can bring your own child free of charge.

As the nursery is expanding and becoming busier, there is potential for hours to increase further.

Nursery Qualification:

• Level 3 Early Years Childcare qualification (essential)
• Knowledge of EYFS

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensuring all aspects of the key persons role are maintained.
• Foster strong relationships with parents, staff, and external professionals, ensuring individual children’s needs are met.
• To ensure all policies and procedures are followed at all times.
