Level 3 Nursery Practitioner , you will support children aged 0–5 in their day-to-day learning and care. You will assist in planning and delivering age-appropriate activities, fostering communication, creativity, and independence. You will work collaboratively with other practitioners, parents, and management to ensure each child receives the best possible start to their education.Level 3 Nursery Practitioner

Responsibilities:Provide high-quality care and support to children in the nursery setting.Plan, prepare, and deliver age-appropriate learning activities.Support children’s social, emotional, and physical development.Monitor children’s progress and provide feedback to colleagues and parents.Maintain a safe, hygienic, and stimulating environment.Encourage positive behaviour and help children develop key life skills.Assist with mealtimes, personal care, and daily routines.Support transitions and settling-in periods for new children.Collaborate with colleagues and parents to ensure individual needs are met.Participate in ongoing professional development and reflective practice.Requirements

for a

Level 3 Nursery Practitioner :Level 3 Early Years qualification (CACHE, NVQ, or equivalent).Experience working in a nursery or early years setting as a Nursery Practitioner.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Patience, empathy, and a proactive approach to supporting children.Understanding of safeguarding and child protection policies.Have an

up-to-date CV
