The Role

As a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner, you''ll play a key role in creating a safe, stimulating and nurturing environment where children can learn, develop and thrive. You''ll work closely with colleagues to deliver engaging activities that support each child''s individual needs and development.

Responsibilities

• Providing high-quality care and education for children aged 0-5 years.
• Planning and delivering fun, engaging learning activities in line with the EYFS framework.
• Supporting children''s learning, development and wellbeing.
• Building positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues.
• Promoting safeguarding and maintaining a safe learning environment.
• Assisting with observations and children''s learning journeys.

What We''re Looking For

• A Level 3 Early Years qualification (essential).
• Previous experience working within a nursery or early years setting.
• A sound understanding of the EYFS framework.
• A warm, caring and enthusiastic approach.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• An enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).
