A friendly and nurturing nursery is looking for a dedicated early years professional to join its team on a full-time, permanent basis. This is a great opportunity for a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner who is passionate about creating positive experiences for young children and helping them develop the confidence, curiosity and skills they need for their next steps. The Role As a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner, you will: Plan and deliver fun, creative and age-appropriate activities in line with the EYFS. Support children''s learning, development and emotional wellbeing. Create a safe, engaging and inclusive environment for every child. Build strong relationships with children, parents and fellow practitioners. Observe children''s progress and contribute to their individual learning journeys. Support the effective day-to-day running of the nursery. About You The ideal Level 3 Nursery Practitioner will have: A recognised Level 3 qualification in Childcare or an equivalent early years qualification. A good understanding of the EYFS framework. A caring, enthusiastic and proactive approach. Strong communication and teamwork skills. The ability to create positive relationships with children and families.
