Level 3 Nursery Assistant Wirral

Prospero Teaching is seeking a caring and enthusiastic Level 3 Nursery Assistant to join a welcoming early years setting on the Wirral. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified childcare professional who is passionate about supporting young children''s learning, development, and wellbeing in a safe and nurturing environment.

The successful candidate will work closely with nursery staff to deliver engaging activities in line with the EYFS framework, support children''s individual development, and help create a positive learning environment where every child can thrive.

• Support children aged 0-5 with their learning and development.
• Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities in line with the EYFS framework.
• Observe, assess, and record children''s progress.
• Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment.
• Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
• Support daily routines, including mealtimes, play, and personal care where required.
• Ensure safeguarding, health and safety, and nursery policies are followed at all times.

• A recognised Level 3 Early Years or Childcare qualification (essential).
• Experience working within a nursery or early years setting.
• A good understanding of the EYFS framework.
• Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection procedures.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
