Level 3 Early Years Practitioner Reed Education Location: Near Northampton, NorthamptonshireSalary: £13-14 per hourHours: 8am-6pm (4 days p/w)Contract:Permanent Reed Education is working in partnership with a warm, welcoming, and well-established Early Years setting near Northampton to recruit a qualified Level 3 Early Years Practitioner for a permanent position. This role is ideal for a practitioner who is passionate about early childhood development and enjoys creating a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment where children can learn and thrive. The Role Deliver engaging, play-based learning activities in line with the EYFS frameworkSupport children''s social, emotional, physical, and cognitive developmentObserve, assess, and record children''s progressPromote positive behaviour, wellbeing, and inclusionWork closely with colleagues and parents to support each child''s development Requirements NVQ Level 3 in Early Years / Childcare (or equivalent full and relevant qualification)Sound understanding of EYFS and safeguarding proceduresA caring, enthusiastic, and reliable approachPrevious experience in an Early Years setting is desirable Why Work with Reed Education?
