About the Role

We''re recruiting Level 3 qualified Nursery Assistants for a range of flexible opportunities across Southampton, including:

• Long-term placements
• Short-term cover
• Day-to-day supply work

What You''ll Be Doing

• Supporting childrens learning and development through play
• Creating a warm, safe and stimulating environment
• Working closely with nursery teams to deliver high-quality care
• Building positive relationships with children, staff and families
• Following safeguarding and EYFS guidelines

What We''re Looking For

• Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent)
• A nurturing, proactive and enthusiastic approach
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Reliability and a genuine passion for Early Years education
• Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply)
