• Working pattern: Supply and longer-term opportunities, depending on vacancies.

Your Role as a Level 3 EYP

As a Level 3 EYP, you will contribute to planning, delivery and review of play-based learning alongside the early years team.

• Plan activities that support communication, physical development and personal and social skills.
• Make useful observations and help identify appropriate next learning steps.
• Support individual needs and daily care routines while encouraging growing independence.
• Communicate with families and colleagues and follow safeguarding and reporting procedures.

What We Are Looking For in a Level 3 EYP

• A Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years is essential.
• A confident Level 3 EYP with experience in a nursery, preschool or school EYFS setting.
• Sound EYFS knowledge and the ability to balance developmental planning with attentive care.
• An enhanced DBS on the update service, or willingness to apply for one, alongside satisfactory safeguarding checks.
