Reeson Education is looking for a Level 3 EYP to support children''s early learning across nurseries and school EYFS settings in Eastleigh, Hampshire.

• Position: Level 3 EYP
• Pay: -14.2516.65 per hour, depending on experience and assignment.
• Location: Eastleigh, Hampshire.
• Start: ASAP, following registration and safeguarding checks.
• Contract: Flexible supply and longer-term opportunities, depending on vacancies.

Your Role as a Level 3 EYP

You will work as a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner, supporting language, confidence and development through play and everyday routines.

• Support creative play, early language, stories and hands-on activities.
• Encourage turn-taking, positive relationships and personal independence.
• Observe progress and contribute to planning appropriate next steps.
• Maintain safe care routines and communicate clearly with staff and families.

What We''re Looking For in a Level 3 EYP

• A Level 3 EYP must hold a recognised Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years.
• A Level 3 EYP with nursery or EYFS experience and a caring, dependable approach.
• Good knowledge of the EYFS framework and confidence supporting children''s care and development.
• Safeguarding awareness and an enhanced DBS on the update service, or willingness to apply for one.
