Level 3 EYFS Teaching Assisytant

As a Level 3 Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with the class teacher to support high-quality teaching and learning. You will provide targeted support to individuals and small groups, contribute to classroom planning, and help create a positive and engaging learning environment.

• Support the class teacher with lesson delivery and classroom management.

• Deliver targeted interventions in literacy and numeracy.

• Provide one-to-one and small group support to pupils.

• Encourage positive behaviour, independence, and engagement.

• Assist with planning activities, preparing resources, and classroom organisation.

• Support pupils'' social, emotional, and academic development.

• Uphold safeguarding and inclusion policies at all times.

• Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent).

• Experience working in a primary school or educational setting.

• Strong communication, organisation, and teamwork skills.

• A proactive, patient, and supportive approach.

• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to apply.
