Level 3 EYFS Teaching Assisytant

As a Level 3 Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with the class teacher to support high-quality teaching and learning. You will provide targeted support to individuals and small groups, contribute to classroom planning, and help create a positive and engaging learning environment.Key Responsibilities:Support the class teacher with lesson delivery and classroom management.Deliver targeted interventions in literacy and numeracy.Provide one-to-one and small group support to pupils.Encourage positive behaviour, independence, and engagement.Assist with planning activities, preparing resources, and classroom organisation.Support pupils'' social, emotional, and academic development.Uphold safeguarding and inclusion policies at all times.Requirements:Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent).Experience working in a primary school or educational setting.Strong communication, organisation, and teamwork skills.A proactive, patient, and supportive approach.Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to apply.
