Helping pupils develop early literacy, phonics, numeracy and communication skills. Supporting personal, social and emotional development. Encouraging independence, confidence and positive relationships. Assisting with classroom routines, resources and the wider learning environment. Working alongside the class teacher to provide effective support for all pupils.What we are looking for A Level 3 qualification in Early Years, Childcare or an equivalent relevant qualification.
