About the Role

We are seeking a passionate Level 3 Nursery Teaching Assistant to join our friendly and supportive school-based nursery in Hailsham. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a nurturing Early Years team, helping children to develop their confidence, curiosity and love of learning in a safe and stimulating environment.
The Role As a Nursery Teaching Assistant, you will:

Support children aged 3–4 years in their learning and development.
Deliver high-quality play-based learning in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
Work closely with the class teacher and Early Years team to create an engaging and inclusive learning environment.
Encourage children's independence, communication and social development.
Observe and record children's progress, contributing to assessments where appropriate.
Build positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues.
Help maintain a safe, happy and stimulating nursery environment.

We Are Looking For Someone Who:

Holds a Level 3 Early Years or Teaching Assistant qualification.
Has experience working with young children in a nursery or school setting.
Has a good understanding of the EYFS framework.
Is patient, nurturing and passionate about supporting children's development.
Has excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Is reliable, enthusiastic and committed to helping every child reach their potential.
