Level 3 EYFS Teaching Assistant - Merton Full-Time Long-Term - 08:30-15:30We are recruiting for a skilled Level 3 EYFS Teaching Assistant to join a primary school in Merton on a full-time, long-term basis. This role is for someone who knows the EYFS framework, can support high-quality early years provision, and is confident working with children aged 3-5.You will be expected to: Support learning across the EYFS, including small-group and 1:1 work Assist with planning and delivering engaging, age-appropriate activities Maintain a calm, purposeful learning environment Work collaboratively with class teachers and wider staff Demonstrate strong communication, reliability, and professional conductRequirements: Level 3 Early Years or equivalent qualification Solid experience in an EYFS setting Ability to commit to full-time, long-term workPay: 95+ per day PAYE (negotiable), increasing after 12 weeks in line with agency worker regulationsTo be put forward for this role you must:Provide a full CV with complete employment historyHold, or be willing to obtain, an Enhanced DBSHave the legal right to work in the UKWhy work with Tradewind?
