You will work closely with the Early Years team to create a nurturing, engaging environment where young learners can thrive during these crucial early stages of their education.Key Responsibilities:Providing one-to-one and small group support for children in EYFSAssisting with learning activities that promote development through playSupporting children''s social, emotional, and communication skillsPreparing and maintaining learning resources and classroom environmentsObserving and recording pupil progress and feeding back to the class teacherSupporting the implementation of individual learning plansAssisting with lunchtime supervision and outdoor play activitiesThe Successful Candidate Will Have:A recognised Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education (or equivalent)Previous experience working in an Early Years settingA good understanding of the EYFS curriculumStrong communication skills and the ..... full job details .....
