Tradewind Recruitment are delighted to be working with a warm, welcoming early years setting in Liverpool that is seeking a dedicated and qualified Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join their team on a full-time basis.This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate early years professional who is committed to delivering outstanding care and education to children aged 0-5, and who wants to make a real difference in the early stages of children''s development.Your Responsibilities Will Include:Planning and delivering engaging, age-appropriate activities in line with the EYFS frameworkObserving, assessing, and documenting children''s learning and developmentBuilding strong, trusting relationships with children, parents, and carersSupporting children''s individual needs, including those with SENDWorking collaboratively as part of a dedicated team to maintain a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environmentMaintaining accurate records and contributing to learning journalsWhat We''re Looking For:A full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification (e.g. CACHE Level 3, NVQ Level 3, BTEC Level 3)A genuine passion for working with young children and supporting their developmentSolid understanding of the EYFS frameworkStrong communication and teamwork skillsPaediatric First Aid certificate (desirable but not essential)Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)What''s on Offer:Competitive salary based on experienceSupportive and inclusive team ..... full job details .....
