Level 3 Early Years Support Practitioner - Pre-School and After School Club (Cirencester)Location: CirencesterPay: 16.87 per hourHours: 12-5pm Monday - FridayDescription:We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Level 3 qualified Early Years Practitioner to join our friendly team in Cirencester from September on a long-term basis. This role will involve supporting children within our pre-school and after school club, providing high-quality care and engaging activities in a safe, nurturing environment.Key Responsibilities:• Supporting children''s learning, development and wellbeing throughout the day• Planning and delivering engaging, age-appropriate activities• Creating a safe, caring and stimulating environment for all children• Building positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues• Demonstrating strong communication skills and a professional, reliable approachCandidate Requirements:• Hold a recognised Level 3 qualification in Early Years or Childcare• Have previous experience working within an Early Years setting• Be passionate about supporting children''s development• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain oneBenefits:• Long-term placement starting in September• Consistent afternoon working hours (12:00pm - 5:00pm)• Competitive hourly pay rate of £16.87• PAYE payroll• Refer-a-Friend Bonus Scheme• Ongoing support from our dedicated team• Opportunity to work within a welcoming and supportive ..... full job details .....
