Salary: £14.25 - £16.50 per hour

TeacherActive works closely with a number of wonderful schools and EYFS settings across Maida Vale, London, who are looking for a passionate Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to support their Early Years teams. These settings are bright, nurturing and full of imagination, offering children the chance to explore, play, communicate, create and discover the world around them in a safe and happy space.

This role would be perfect for someone who brings patience, positivity and a genuine love for helping young children shine. As a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner, you will be supporting children through play-based learning, helping to create exciting activities, encouraging independence, building confidence and celebrating those tiny but amazing milestones that make Early Years so special.

The successful Level 3 Early Years Practitioner will enjoy being part of a friendly and supportive team, helping children feel safe, valued and ready to learn every day. You may be getting involved in creative play, outdoor learning, storytelling, singing, observations, daily routines and all the joyful little moments that make an EYFS setting such a fun and rewarding place to work.

The successful applicant will have:

• A Level 3 Childcare qualification or equivalent
• Previous experience working with young children in an EYFS setting
• A good understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage / EYFS framework
• Paediatric First Aid / PFA desirable
• A caring, bubbly and enthusiastic approach
• The confidence to bring energy, imagination and fun into the setting
• A team-player attitude and a genuine passion for helping children thrive
