What Weandrsquo;re Looking For

  Level 3 qualification in Early Years / Childcare

• 
  

  Experience supporting children in Nursery or Reception

• 
  

  A genuine passion for early childhood education

• 
  

  Ability to plan and deliver engaging, developmentally appropriate activities

• 
  

  Strong teamwork and communication skills

Key Responsibilities

• 
  

  Support the delivery of high-quality EYFS activities

• 
  

  Assist with planning, observation, and assessment of childrenandrsquo;s progress

• 
  

  Help create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment

• 
  

  Collaborate with colleagues to support every childandrsquo;s development

  Maintain accurate records and contribute to the smooth running of the setting
