Early Years Level 3 Practitioner Location: Walsall Salary: £12.50ph - £14.42ph (depending on experience) Contract: Part-time / Full-time / Flexible hours available Permanent Positions Available: 2 Join a Supportive and Child-Focused Nursery Team We are currently recruiting for a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join a welcoming and nurturing early years setting in Walsall. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate childcare professional who enjoys creating engaging learning experiences and supporting children''s development in a safe, inclusive and stimulating environment. The role will involve working with children across the early years age range and supporting their learning, development and wellbeing in line with the EYFS framework. Key Responsibilities Deliver high-quality care and early education in line with the EYFS framework Plan and deliver fun, engaging and age-appropriate activities Observe, assess and track children''s development and progress Act as a key person, building strong relationships with children and parents Maintain a safe, secure and stimulating learning environment Follow safeguarding, welfare and health and safety procedures SEND / SENCO (Desirable) You may also support children with additional needs by: Supporting identification of SEND needs Implementing individual support plans Liaising with parents and external professionals Promoting inclusive practice across the setting (SENCO experience is desirable but not essential ..... full job details .....
