The Role - Level 3 Early Years Practitioner The successful Level 3 Early Years Practitioner will: Provide high-quality care and education for children within the nursery. Plan and support engaging activities that promote children''s learning and development. Support children''s social, emotional, physical and educational development. Follow the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework. Observe, assess and record children''s progress and development. Build positive and professional relationships with children, parents and colleagues. Maintain a safe, welcoming and stimulating environment. Support children''s individual needs and developmental stages. Work effectively as part of a dedicated nursery team. Contribute to the day-to-day running of the nursery.
