Job Description: We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join our team, working with 3-year-olds. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in fostering a positive and stimulating learning environment, tailored to meet the diverse needs of our children. Key Responsibilities: Plan and implement engaging and age-appropriate activities that promote the physical, emotional, and social development of 3-year-olds.Support children with SEN, ensuring that individual learning plans are followed and adapted as necessary.Work collaboratively with parents, carers, and other professionals to provide the best possible care and education for each child.Maintain accurate records of children''s progress and development.Ensure the safety and well-being of all children at all times.
