Level 3 Early Years Practitioner

We are looking to appoint a dedicated Level 2 Early Years Practitioner to join their Early Years team from September.
As a Level 2 Early Years Practitioner, you will be based within the 2-year-olds provision, supporting young children as they begin their learning journey. You will play a key role in creating a stimulating and engaging environment that promotes children''s development across all areas of learning.You will be responsible for a group of 8 key children, monitoring their progress and ensuring they receive the support they need to reach their full potential.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Supporting children aged 2 years old with their learning and development
- Planning and delivering engaging activities in line with the EYFS Framework
- Acting as a key worker for 8 children
- Monitoring, assessing and recording children''s progress and achievements
- Writing observations, reports and learning journeys
- Supporting children''s communication, language and social development
- Creating a safe, nurturing and stimulating learning environment
- Working closely with colleagues and parents to support children''s individual needs
- Encouraging children to develop confidence, independence and positive relationships
What You''ll Need to Succeed:
- Level 2 qualification in Early Years or Childcare
- Experience working within an Early Years setting
- Good understanding of the EYFS Framework
- Experience completing observations and tracking children''s progress
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- A caring, patient and enthusiastic approach
- A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
