Level 3 Early Years Practitioner Location: Orsett Heath, Borough of Thurrock (Essex RM16 4JJ) Salary: £26,000 to £29,000 per year Contract Permanent, Full-Time We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join our vibrant childcare team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting the development and well-being of children within our nursery setting The role is paid, with a focus on fostering positive learning experiences and ensuring high standards of care. Responsibilities Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities that promote children s development across all areas. Support children s emotional, social, and physical well-being through attentive care and guidance. Supervise and manage daily routines, including meal times, play sessions, and rest periods. Lead and mentor junior staff members, providing guidance to ensure consistency in quality of care. Maintain accurate records of children s progress, behaviour, and developmental milestones. Communicate effectively with parents and carers regarding children s progress and any concerns. Ensure the nursery complies with all relevant health and safety regulations and policies. Assist in organising activities that promote early childhood education principles aligned with best practices.
