Level 3 Early Years Practitioner

Link3 is currently recruiting a permanent, full-time Level 3 Early Years Educator / Practitioner for a nursery group branches based in SE13 and SE14, London.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated and qualified educator who is passionate about helping children thrive through play-based learning in a well-supported and professional setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality care and learning experiences aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
• Support the emotional, physical, and educational development of children aged 0–5
• Plan, prepare, and lead fun and stimulating age-appropriate activities
• Observe and assess each child’s progress and maintain accurate developmental records
• Build positive and respectful relationships with children, families, and team members
• Ensure the safety and welfare of children by following safeguarding and health & safety policies

Candidate Requirements:

• Level 3 and higher qualification in Early Years / Childcare (essential)
• Experience in a nursery or early years setting (preferred but not essential)
• Sound understanding of the EYFS and child development
• Excellent teamwork, communication, and organisational skills
• A warm, caring, and proactive approach to working with young children
