Level 3 Early Years Practitioners - Cannock - Start Date: September 2026We are currently recruiting for a highly experienced, dedicated and passionate Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join an established, trusted supply agency supporting local schools and nursery settings on a daily, short-term and long-term basis. You will be supporting local schools and nursery''s on a supply basis in the areas of: Cannock, Hednesford, Stafford and Rugeley.As a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner you will be supporting children''s learning, this including working with individuals, groups and whole classes using detailed knowledge, experience, specialist skills and training. Use your expertise to provide appropriate support to children in relation to each child''s individual needs. Contribute to learning resources and creating an appropriate learning environment through displays and general room organisation. Be familiar and confident in the planning and delivery of the Early Years Curriculum, contributing to the monitoring and evaluation of children''s day-to-day responses to learning activities using a range of assessment and monitoring strategies.Key Responsibilities:Provide pastoral and academic support to pupils within a school and nursery environment.Assist in fostering a positive, nurturing learning environment, by implementing relevant behaviour management strategies in line with school/nursery policies.Provide relevant support to pupils, helping them achieve individual learning ..... full job details .....
