Location: Oxford, OX3 7XP Pay: £30,056 per annum Hours: 40 hours per week What you''ll be doing: As an Early Years Educator, you''ll play an important role in creating a safe, stimulating and nurturing environment where children can learn, develop and have fun. Your responsibilities will include: Providing outstanding care and education in line with the EYFS Supporting each child''s individual learning and development Planning and delivering fun, engaging and age-appropriate activities Creating a warm, caring and stimulating environment Building strong and positive relationships with children and their families Working closely with colleagues to provide excellent standards of care Supporting children''s wellbeing, development and learning Maintaining a strong focus on safeguarding You will need: A Level 3 qualification in a full and relevant UK-recognised Early Years discipline A strong understanding of the EYFS Good knowledge of safeguarding children A genuine passion for working with children A caring, enthusiastic and positive approach The ability to work ..... full job details .....
