Level 3 Early Years Educator (Full-Time & Part-Time)
Are you a qualified Level 3 Early Years Educator looking for a rewarding role within a friendly and supportive preschool environment?
We are working with a well-established preschool in Bicester that is seeking passionate Early Years Practitioners to join their team on either a full-time or part-time basis. The preschool supports children aged 2 to 4 years within a nurturing environment that encourages curiosity, creativity and independence. Children benefit from a spacious classroom, fantastic outdoor learning areas, gardening opportunities, a mud kitchen and a strong focus on learning through play.
The successful candidate will have a Level 3 Early Years qualification and a good understanding of the EYFS framework. You will be confident supporting children''s learning and development, completing observations and assessments, building positive relationships with families and maintaining high standards of safeguarding and child welfare. Experience supporting children with SEND would be advantageous.
The full-time position is Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 3:30pm during term time only. The part-time position offers 3.5-hour shifts, either 8:30am to 12:00pm or 12:00pm to 3:30pm, Monday to Friday during term time only.
In return, the setting offers a competitive salary from -13.00 per hour depending on experience, four weeks paid holiday, pension scheme, bonus scheme, free on-site parking and ongoing professional development opportunities.
