The school are looking for an individual with experience and a proactive approach to join their team.About the role: This is a mixed ability class, and some pupils are suspected to have SEN needs.Carry out observations and write pupil reports.Lead interventions when necessarySupport the planning and implementation of appropriate experiences for individuals and groups of childrenCreate stimulating learning resources to encourage academic progress.Set up learning materialsLead story timeTake responsibility within the team for the "key person" role for children as defined by the EYFSRequirements: Must hold a CACHE level 2 qualification minimum or equivalent.This position is subject to an Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional reference checks.You must have the legal right to work in the UK.Have experience working with EYFS childrenMust have lots of initiative and a pro-active approach.Good understanding of EYFS curriculum requirements and their implementationBasis to good experience of phonics.Awareness to health and safetySeek solutions to problems ..... full job details .....
