This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is committed to helping children achieve their full potential and is keen to contribute to a positive, inclusive and nurturing learning environment.Working across a range of schools within the Trust, you will have the opportunity to support pupils with different needs, develop your skills and gain valuable experience in a variety of educational settings.The RoleAs a Level 2 Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers and other school staff to support pupils'' learning, development and wellbeing.Your responsibilities will include:Supporting teachers in the delivery of engaging and effective lessons.Providing support to individuals and small groups of pupils to help them access learning and achieve their potential.Assisting pupils with a range of learning needs, including those who may require additional support.Helping to create a safe, positive and inclusive classroom environment.Encouraging pupils'' independence, confidence, social skills and positive behaviour.Preparing classroom resources and supporting learning activities.Promoting safeguarding, equality, inclusion ..... full job details .....
