Level 2 Teaching Assistant - NorthamptonLevel 2 Teaching Assistant - NorthamptonTradewind Recruitment Full-Time September Start NorthamptonTradewind Recruitment is currently looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Level 2 Teaching Assistant to work within one of our partner schools in Northampton.This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Teaching Assistant or a recently qualified Level 2 TA who is passionate about supporting children and helping them reach their full potential.As a Level 2 Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers to deliver high-quality support both inside and outside the classroom. You will provide targeted interventions, support small-group learning and, where required, offer 1:1 assistance to pupils who may need additional support.The successful candidate will be confident building positive relationships with students, demonstrate excellent communication skills and have a proactive approach to supporting learning.Key responsibilities:Supporting the class teacher with the delivery of lessonsWorking with individual students and small groupsAssisting with classroom preparation and learning activitiesSupporting students with varying learning needsMonitoring student progress and providing feedbackPromoting positive behaviour and encouraging student engagementHelping to create a safe, inclusive and supportive learning environmentThe ideal candidate will have:A Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent experiencePrevious ..... full job details .....
