      <description>Location: Coventry | Salary: &amp;pound;100 - &amp;pound;120/day | Type: Permanent | We are looking for enthusiastic, compassionate, and dedicated  Level 2 Teaching Assistants  to join our supply team and support primary schools across Coventry.  You will work under the direct supervision of the class teacher to support learning activities, help manage the classroom environment, and assist individual pupils or small groups. This role is vital in helping students achieve their full potential, ensuring their general care, safety, and welfare.    Key Responsibilities:    Support the teacher with delivering planned learning activities and adapting materials.     Work with small groups or provide 1-to-1 support for targeted pupils.     Help monitor and record student progress and behavior.     Foster an inclusive, safe, and engaging learning atmosphere.     Assist with the general care, safety, and inclusion of all children.
