You will work closely with the class teacher to ensure pupils feel supported, engaged, and able to thrive.Key Responsibilities Support pupils 1:1 and in small groupsAssist the teacher with lesson delivery and classroom activitiesPromote pupils social, emotional, and behavioural developmentHelp adapt learning materials to suit individual needsSupport the implementation of IEPs and behaviour strategiesCreate a positive, safe, and inclusive learning environmentEncourage confidence, independence, and engagementWork collaboratively with teaching staff and SEN support teams Requirements Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)Experience working with children (school, nursery, or care setting)A genuine passion for supporting young learnersPatient, positive, and adaptable ..... full job details .....
