      <description>Location: Manchester | Salary: 10000-500000 Annual | Type: Permanent | Level 2 Teaching Assistant - SEND and Primary SupportPrimary Schools Full-Time and Long-Term Opportunities Aspire People Aspire People are looking for experienced Level 2 Teaching Assistants to support pupils across primary schools. We are particularly interested in candidates who have a recognised Level 2 qualification alongside recent UK-based school experience and who are confident supporting pupils with additional needs. The Role:  Providing 1:1 and small-group support Supporting pupils with SEND and additional learning needs Assisting with differentiated classroom activities Supporting phonics, reading, writing and numeracy Helping pupils develop independence and confidence Supporting emotional regulation and positive behaviour Working alongside class teachers and SENCOs Supporting classroom routines and transitions Monitoring pupil engagement and feeding back to teaching staff The Ideal Candidate:  Holds a Level 2 Teaching Assistant or relevant qualification Has at least 6 months'' UK-based experience within a school Previous experience supporting SEND is highly desirable Confident working with primary-aged children Calm, patient and nurturing approach Strong behaviour manage...</description>
