This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys supporting young people with additional needs and wants to develop their experience within a structured, supportive specialist environment.  You will work closely with teaching staff to support pupils with their learning, communication, emotional regulation, independence and engagement throughout the school day. The role will involve working with pupils with a range of  special educational needs, including autism and associated communication and learning needs .  You may support pupils on a 1:1 basis, in small groups and within the classroom, helping them access lessons, build confidence and develop important academic and life skills.
