Level 2 Teaching Assistant - Primary SchoolManchester and Surrounding Areas Full-Time and Part-Time Opportunities Aspire PeopleAspire People are currently recruiting Level 2 Teaching Assistants to support primary schools across Manchester and the surrounding areas.This is an excellent opportunity for a Teaching Assistant who holds a relevant Level 2 qualification and has more than 6 months of UK-based experience working within a school.The Role: Supporting pupils on a 1:1 and small-group basis Assisting with classroom learning and differentiated activities Supporting pupils with SEND and additional learning needs Helping children develop confidence, independence, and social skills Supporting phonics, Maths, English, and wider curriculum activities Working closely with class teachers and support staff Encouraging positive behaviour and maintaining a safe learning environment Monitoring and recording pupil progress where requiredThe Ideal Candidate: Holds a relevant Level 2 Teaching Assistant or Supporting Teaching and Learning qualification Has more than 6 months of UK-based experience working within a school Has a good understanding of the primary school environment Is patient, reliable, and supportive Has strong communication and teamwork skills Is confident supporting pupils with different needs and abilities Has a genuine commitment to safeguarding and inclusive educationWhy Work with Aspire People?
