Level 2 Teaching Assistant - PrimaryPrimary School Full-Time and Part-Time Opportunities Aspire PeopleAspire People are recruiting Level 2 Teaching Assistants to support pupils across primary school settings.This role is specifically for candidates who hold a recognised Level 2 Teaching Assistant, Supporting Teaching and Learning or equivalent qualification and have previous UK school experience.Requirements: MUST hold a recognised Level 2 TA, Supporting Teaching and Learning or equivalent qualification MUST have previous UK school-based experience Experience within a primary school is essential SEND experience is desirable Strong understanding of safeguarding Patient, reliable and nurturing approach Confident supporting pupils individually and in small groupsThe Role: Supporting pupils within the classroom Providing 1:1 and small-group support Assisting with differentiated learning activities Supporting pupils with SEND and additional needs Helping children develop confidence and independence Supporting behaviour and classroom routines Delivering or assisting with interventions Supporting teachers with classroom activities Monitoring and feeding back on pupil progressThe Ideal Candidate: Level 2 qualified Recent UK school experience Confident working with primary-aged children Strong communication and teamwork skills Able to build positive relationships with pupils Adaptable and willing to support across different year groupsWhy Work with Aspire People?
