The Role As a Level 2 Teaching Assistant, you will: Support teaching and learning across a range of subjects and year groups. Work with individual students and small groups to help them access the curriculum. Assist in the planning and delivery of learning activities under the direction of teaching staff. Support students with additional learning, social, emotional and behavioural needs. Promote students'' independence, confidence and engagement in learning. Contribute to maintaining a positive, safe and inclusive learning environment. Support the assessment and monitoring of student progress. We Are Looking For Someone Who: Has experience of working with children or young people, preferably in an educational setting. Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
