Subject to funding this position will be extended into the new academic year.Your new roleWithin this school you will be working in collaboration with the reception class teacher to promote the engagement, learning and development of all pupils by building strong constructive relationships and utilising an array of learning resources. You will lead on phonics using the RWI scheme, holding small group and 1:1 interventions to ensure that all pupil reach their developmental milestones which will aid in the KS1 transition.
