We are working with a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Bolton that is seeking a qualified Teaching Assistant (Level 2 or 3) to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to support pupils'' learning and development within a supportive and friendly school environment.
The successful candidate will work closely with teachers to deliver engaging lessons, provide targeted support, and help create a positive and inclusive classroom experience.
Key Responsibilities
Support teachers in delivering high-quality learning across the curriculum.
Provide 1:1 and small group interventions to support pupil progress.
Assist in preparing and adapting learning resources.
Support children with additional needs to ensure inclusion and engagement.
Encourage positive behaviour and social development.
Help maintain a safe, supportive, and stimulating classroom environment.
Requirements
Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Supporting Teaching & Learning (or equivalent).
Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant in a school setting.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
A patient, empathetic, and proactive approach.
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
Commitment to safeguarding and promoting pupil welfare.
