Looking to begin or continue a meaningful career in education? Tradewind Recruitment is working with excellent SEN schools in Northampton that are seeking Level 2 Teaching Assistants to provide classroom and 1:1 support to students with additional needs.

This is the perfect role if you''re passionate about making a difference and keen to gain or build SEN experience.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Supporting children 1:1 or in small groups under teacher supervision
• Helping to deliver structured learning and behaviour support plans
• Encouraging participation and independence during lessons
• Supporting children with personal care and daily routines if required
• Using visual aids, PECS or Makaton (training available if needed)
• Promoting a positive and inclusive school culture
• Supporting students with Autism, ADHD, speech & language or sensory needs
