The school supports pupils with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs and provides a structured and nurturing environment where pupils can develop academically, socially and emotionally. The Role As a Level 2 Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers and other support staff to provide pupils with the encouragement and assistance they need to engage positively with education. Your responsibilities will include: Supporting pupils within small SEN/SEMH classes. Providing 1:1 and small-group support when required. Helping pupils engage with classroom activities and learning.
