This role would suit someone who enjoys working closely with children and thrives in a busy classroom environment.Your ResponsibilitiesSupport teachers in delivering engaging lessons across the curriculum.Work with individual pupils and small groups to reinforce learning.Assist with phonics, reading, writing, and numeracy activities.Help prepare classroom resources and learning materials.Support pupils with varying learning abilities and additional needs.Encourage positive behaviour, participation, and independence.Supervise pupils during classroom activities and transitions.Contribute to a safe, welcoming, and inclusive learning environment.Essential Requirements Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent). Recent experience working within a UK primary school in the last 2 years is essential. Applications without recent UK school experience cannot be considered. Good understanding of safeguarding and behaviour management. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
