Level 2 Teaching Assistant

Aspire People are seeking experienced and dedicated Level 2 Teaching Assistants to work within primary schools supporting pupils across EYFS, KS1, and KS2.We are looking for candidates who are confident supporting classroom learning, delivering intervention work, and helping pupils achieve their full potential both academically and socially.The role may involve supporting whole-class learning, small-group intervention sessions, and providing additional support to pupils who require extra guidance within the classroom.The Role: Supporting teachers with day-to-day classroom activities Delivering targeted intervention sessions in core subjects Assisting pupils with literacy, numeracy, and phonics development Supporting classroom routines and behaviour management Encouraging pupil engagement and participation in lessons Working collaboratively with teachers and wider school staffRequirements: Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification or similar education-based qualification/training Must have recent experience working within a UK primary school within the last 2 years Good understanding of the primary curriculum Strong communication and organisational skills A positive, proactive, and flexible attitude Passion for supporting children''s learning and developmentWhy Join Aspire People?
