Level 2 Teaching Assistant - Experienced Primary School TA Aspire People are currently working with primary schools looking to appoint experienced Level 2 Teaching Assistants who can provide high-quality support across the classroom and contribute positively to pupil progress.The ideal candidate will have recent experience within a UK primary school and be confident supporting both whole-class learning and small-group interventions.This role would suit someone who enjoys being actively involved in the learning process and supporting pupils to achieve their best outcomes. Responsibilities: Supporting teaching and learning across the primary curriculum Working with pupils in small groups and occasionally on a 1:1 basis where required Delivering interventions to support attainment and confidence Assisting teachers with classroom preparation and learning resources Supporting behaviour management and classroom routines Helping pupils remain engaged and focused throughout lessons Requirements: Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent Recent UK primary school experience within the last 2 years Strong understanding of the primary curriculum Experience delivering intervention programmes Ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff Professional, adaptable, and reliable approach Why Join Aspire People?
